What is your favourite thing about working at Factor_?
My favorite thing about Factor_ is the guidance I have received from great leaders. Moreover, I am having a voice with changes and growth and see that my feedback has an overall positive impact on the company.

How would you describe your Factor_ journey up until here?
It has been an amazing ride! I joined the HelloFresh Group 4.5 years ago and have been with Factor_ since our launch in Europe. We are live in four markets now and are looking forward to offering our delicious product to many more customers across Europe. 


What would you say to someone considering a career at Factor_?
Go for it! Working at Factor_ allows you to grow, learn, and build wonderful work relationships. 


What is your favourite thing about working at Factor_?
Definitely the Factor_ team! It has been an absolute pleasure with such a dedicated and talented team - Looking forward to many more years together!

How would you describe your Factor_ journey up until here?
I have started six years at the HelloFresh Group and joined the Factor_ Europe team a year ago. Looking back at the best year, it has been a crazy and exciting ride, where no week is the same. It is super fun to work at such an agile and fast-paced "start-up" within the bigger organization and I am looking to our European journey that is ahead of us. 


What would you say to someone considering a career at HelloFresh?
Within Factor_ you truly get the opportunity to learn a lot and to be in the driver's seat of your own development. You will be able to work with loads of super-talented people, both within the Factor_ team as well as within the wider HelloFresh Group teams globally and locally. So if you are up for the ride, let's go!


What is your favourite thing about working at HelloFresh?
I definitively love the fact that we have such a diverse team, with different backgrounds - both cultural and professional. I work within the marketing team, but as the team is so lean I also learn a lof about other functions such as operation, logistics, and culinary. 


Your favourite Factor_ recipe?
Mexican-style corn cake with vegetarian chili, sweet potatoes, and jalapeño cream.
