Get your hardware

The best fit for your role

Your manager will select a Mac or Windows laptop depending on your role and job requirements ahead of you joining the team 

How to request it?

There is nothing that you need to do. Your manager will reach out to the IT team to request your equipment and place the order ahead of time

When do I get it?

You will receive your equipment on your first day.
If you are joining remotely your equipment will be sent to you the week before you start. 

Can I get more equipment for WFH? 

Yes, you can request a monitor, keyboard, and mouse in your first week. The IT team will arrange for this to be sent to your home.

General Workplace Hygiene Guidance

    Our Office

    60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ London

    The office is open 24/7, while the Front Desk will be open from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday - Friday.
    Outside of these hours, we have a security guard on site.

    Any access to the building on the weekends must be flagged 24 hours in advance via facilities@hellofresh.co.uk and registered with the security guard upon arrival at the Front Desk via Envoy. 

    Here’s a quick checklist of what you need to do before coming to the office for the first time:


    • Collect access pass from the Workplace team during the Fresh Farm tour

    • Download the Envoy app to book your desk when working from the Fresh Farm. Your manager will have done this for you on your first day and show you how to use Envoy


    *Please note that if you are cycling to the office and would like to use our garage to park your bike, you must come to the front desk beforehand.
