Since then, HelloFresh went from a small start-up to a sustainably profitable, publicly traded group company (listed in 2017), spanning 18 countries with its 8 brands shipping over 1 billion meals every year to its customers.

Our Polish teams are based in two vibrant and centrally located offices in Warsaw and Wrocław, both just minutes away from major transport hubs.
In Warsaw, we are located at WeWork Mennica Legacy Tower (Prosta 20), only a short walk from Warsaw Central Station, placing us right in the center of the city’s dynamic business district.
Our Wrocław office is situated within the Loftmill co-working space at Sagittarius Business House (Sucha 2), offering a modern workspace in a well-connected and lively part of the city.
My team is at the forefront of personalization and forecasting at HelloFresh Group. Our impact equals our ambition in personalizing our customers menu experience and choices and thus changing the way people eat, forever.
Internally, we focus on developing best-in-class forecasting capabilities to significantly reduce food waste and minimize our environmental footprint. Our work enables our operations to function just in time and just in volume, reducing the need for large buffers and increasing overall efficiency.
To achieve this, we operate as a cross-functional team of backend engineers, data engineers, data scientists, and applied scientists—united by a bold mindset, a shared ambition, and a commitment to continuous learning.
