How would you describe your HelloFresh journey up until here?
It's been an incredible journey full of twists and turns. It's been one that required patience, discipline and commitment at times, and big picture thinking, innovation, and learning fast at other times. From coming in as a member of the marketing team to having a rare opportunity to be a part of building out a full service data team, I would characterize my time at HelloFresh so far, as challenging, unexpected at times, but extremely rewarding!

What would you say to someone considering a career at HelloFresh?
This is a place where you can make real impact. A lot of companies talk about giving people the opportunity to build something special, but during my time at HelloFresh I have seen countless examples of this. From co-ops/interns to seasoned VPs, everyone has equal opportunity to make tangible and useful impact. There are a ton of problems we have not solved yet, neither do we know how to solve, so we are eager to hear what people have to say and solution they bring to the table, regardless of title.

What is your favourite thing about working at HelloFresh?
Great leaders and a great team. Throughout my time at HelloFresh I have had incredible leaders who have inspired me, motivated me, sponsored me and created opportunities and a seat at the table for me. These leaders have shown me what leadership truly means and how ultimately, individual success of a leader is completely tied to how empowered their team is.

Super fantastic! Full of new discoveries and amazed about the complexity of our operations for making and delivering our meal boxes, on time and fresh! 

What would you say to someone considering a career at HelloFresh?
You'll be surprised about the HelloFresh culture and the technology we are developing for our supply chain operations, it is state of the art!

What is your favourite thing about working at HelloFresh?
The direct impact my work has on our customers, my team runs mission critical systems that must operate flawlessly, otherwise our customers in the US and Canada will be severely affected.

How would you describe your HelloFresh journey up until here?
It has been a great journey so far, starting from the production associate level and reaching up until my current position (Quality Control Supervisor) has been filled with lots of ups & downs where my coworkers always supported me. It involved continuous learning and development with the help of colleagues. Everyone is always willing to help you when you need them and keep motivating.

What would you say to someone considering a career at HelloFresh?
I would recommend Hellofresh as a welcoming workplace which gives you tons of career advancement opportunities.

How would you describe your HelloFresh journey up until here?
My time at HelloFresh has been amazing so far! I started out as a Packaging Buyer on the Procurement Operations team where I was responsible for the weekly replenishment of all things ice and recipe cards nationally. Every single day we were faced with different challenges and it was my job to think of creative solutions to ensure that all of our boxes went out on time, in full and in quality! Since I was in university, I had always been fascinated by the world of recruitment. I was super fortunate that a role opened up internally on the HelloTech TA team as a Candidate Experience Specialist. My manager was extremely supportive of me applying for the role and I was able to move internally and try out a brand new field! Fast forward a few months, I have learned so much about recruitment and have made so many meaningful connections along the way!


What would you say to someone considering a career at HelloFresh?
HelloFresh is an amazing place for someone to come in and grow personally and professionally. Be ready to take ownership of impactful projects, tackle big challenges and work with some pretty cool people!

What is your favourite thing about working at HelloFresh?
Hands down the people for sure! Every department at the company is filled with brilliant minds who you actually want to be friends with outside of work. In both roles, I have gotten to work with a wide variety of colleagues from different international markets and each person has been nothing short of amazing!

How would you describe your HelloFresh journey up until here?
My journey has been unique, rewarding and wildly exciting! Every day is different from the day before, which is one example of why I have a smile on my face each day! I’ve had the chance to work with many local and global stakeholders to learn, share and collaborate on various initiatives over the years. I’ve been able to build a strong network of colleagues, creating spaces to learn and experience together! The journey has been challenging at times, which is inevitable with the type of product we have, though the people behind our teams have allowed us to succeed and move forward better than the day before! Thinking back to my first week at HelloFresh in 2016, I dreamed of one day being where I am today - and I am so thankful to have achieved what I have at HelloFresh.

What would you say to someone considering a career at HelloFresh?
If you're looking for a work environment that takes the work seriously but finds time to laugh together and remember we're all human - HelloFresh CA is where you want to be! The leadership behind each department, the teams, and the contributors have created an environment for us all to shine! We consider our customer's experiences while innovating our product and striving toward making a meaningful impact every day! We make data-based decisions, and there are many opportunities for continuous learning.

What is your favourite thing about working at HelloFresh?
My favourite thing about working at HelloFresh is our technical and physical product offering! We work at a company that sends food across the country to many Canadians. It's inspiring to be a part of a rewarding experience, sharing food. We help create positive memories for those experiencing our product!

How would you describe your HelloFresh journey up until here?
Working at HelloFresh has been on of the best career experience for me to to date. Everyday, I truly feel like I am impacting the business because we give our employees a voice to be heard. The egoless environment make every voice in the room equal so that can really bring your idea's to the table and be heard.

What would you say to someone considering a career at HelloFresh?
If you want the challenge of being an entrepreneur in a large scale organization HelloFresh is a great place to work. We are constantly testing ourselves to try new things and constantly challenging ourselves to change the market which is a daily thrill.

What is your favourite thing about working at HelloFresh?
Aside from the food its most certainly the people. Everyone comes to work with a smile and a positive attitude which makes the work much more enjoyable
