I would say go for it, you’ll be joining a company that truly invests in its people. The environment encourages you to challenge yourself, while at the same time making sure you feel supported and appreciated.

What is your favourite thing about working at HelloConnect?
The people and the culture. I appreciate how considerate and collaborative the environment is, and how the leadership recognizes and rewards effort and potential. It feels great to be part of a team where growth is encouraged and celebrated.

How would you describe your HelloConnect Journey up until here?
My HelloConnect journey has been a fulfilling ride of continuous growth and learning. I started as an agent, where I built my foundation in customer service and developed a strong understanding of our processes. As an SME, I deepened my expertise and had the opportunity to support others, which sparked my passion for leadership. Today, as a Team Leader, I’m proud to guide and motivate my team, applying everything I’ve learned along the way. Each role has shaped me, and I’m grateful for the trust, support, and opportunities that HelloConnect has given me.


What would you say to someone considering a career at HelloConnect?
If you're eager to grow, take ownership, and make an impact, HelloConnect is a great place to start and thrive. I joined as an agent and, through consistent hard work and the support of my mentors and peers, I moved up to SME and now Team Leader. The culture here rewards initiative and promotes learning, if you show up, stay consistent, and stay curious, there’s real room to grow. It’s not always easy, but it’s definitely worth it. You’ll be challenged, but you’ll also be supported. And for those who want to build a career, not just have a job, this place can open doors.

What is your favourite thing about working at HelloConnect?
I’ve been given the space to learn, lead, and grow, both professionally and personally. The culture here recognizes potential and rewards effort. Being able to mentor others, support my team, and contribute to their development is what truly motivates me. It’s fulfilling to be part of an environment that believes in internal growth and trusts you with real responsibility.
