Meet Jen Hui Lim, Operational Excellence Engineer

Vibrant, Opportunistic and Agile. 

How would you describe your HelloFresh journey up until here?
It's been an amazing journey! I started in 2021 as a Fulfilment intern, working across Production and Logistics. I then transitioned into an Operational Excellence role focused in Production, working on continuous improvement of processes for increased efficiency, safety and accuracy of the product. Every day is fast paced, full of learning opportunities and connection with people. I was given opportunities to make a real impact on our operations, and lead projects from day one which spearheaded my personal and professional growth.

What would you say to someone considering a career at HelloFresh?
HelloFresh is a fantastic place to work and grow! The team is so vibrant and passionate about what they do, there's so much to learn from everyone. The experience of working in HelloFresh is sure to bring your career development to greater heights, with opportunities to make a positive impact on our operations and product that we offer customers.

What is your favourite thing about working at HelloFresh?
The trust and flexibility you're given to work! All ideas are welcomed and novel ways of problem solving are considered. Every problem is viewed as a learning opportunity and the team provides support for each other.

How would you describe your HelloFresh journey up until here?
I started my journey with HelloFresh in January 2019 as a part-timer while pursuing my MBA, and it’s been an amazing experience so far. I began in the production team and eventually transitioned to the inventory team in a management role. I’ve received so much support and guidance along the way, which has been instrumental in my growth. It’s been a fulfilling ride, and I’m excited for even more adventures ahead!

What would you say to someone considering a career at HelloFresh?
HelloFresh is an amazing workplace with an unmatched team spirit. What really stands out is the vibrant culture, filled with activities, game events, and more, making it a fun and engaging environment. You'll also have the opportunity to learn from colleagues coming from diverse backgrounds and HelloFresh actively supports growth and development for everyone on the team.

What is your favourite thing about working at HelloFresh?
My favourite thing about working at HelloFresh is the team and how everyone supports each other. It really feels like we’re all one team, and that makes the work environment so much more enjoyable.
