The best part is a huge test kitchen where we get to test yummy ingredients and cook at any time. The newest addition is our fancy barista coffee machine where we are each trying to master Latte Art!

Vibrant, Opportunistic and Agile. 

How would you describe your HelloFresh journey up until here?
It's been an amazing journey! I started in 2021 as a Fulfilment intern, working across Production and Logistics. I then transitioned into an Operational Excellence role focused in Production, working on continuous improvement of processes for increased efficiency, safety and accuracy of the product. Every day is fast paced, full of learning opportunities and connection with people. I was given opportunities to make a real impact on our operations, and lead projects from day one which spearheaded my personal and professional growth.

What would you say to someone considering a career at HelloFresh?
HelloFresh is a fantastic place to work and grow! The team is so vibrant and passionate about what they do, there's so much to learn from everyone. The experience of working in HelloFresh is sure to bring your career development to greater heights, with opportunities to make a positive impact on our operations and product that we offer customers.

What is your favourite thing about working at HelloFresh?
The trust and flexibility you're given to work! All ideas are welcomed and novel ways of problem solving are considered. Every problem is viewed as a learning opportunity and the team provides support for each other.

Fast, fun and rewarding.

How would you describe your HelloFresh journey up until here?
I joined HelloFresh in May 2020, shortly after the very first COVID lockdown, as one of the first new starters who joined virtually. I thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment having worked previously at a Silicon Valley startup, and the last two years have had no shortage of that with the many COVID lockdowns and other non-COVID challenges! Overall I have learned an incredible amount about food supply chain and how to scale our operations to meet and sustain our growth.

What would you say to someone considering a career at HelloFresh?
HelloFresh is a great launch pad for starting and growing your career. Each individual here has an opportunity to make a huge impact on our operations and customers. Additionally, one of our core values is Learning Never Stops -- which still rings true for me two years later. By working on a wide range of problems, you will learn and pick up many skills (both technical and soft) along the way.

What is your favourite thing about working at HelloFresh?
The problems we get to solve here are really interesting, and you have the freedom to trial different solutions and approaches, make mistakes, learn from that experience, and repeat! You are also surrounded by a team of problem solving sparring partners, meaning your peers at HelloFresh will always push you and collaborate with you to find the best answer possible!
