How would you describe your Youfoodz journey up until here?
My Youfoodz journey has been nothing short of an incredible adventure! Starting as a Logistics Assistant eight years ago, I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside the company as the department evolved. Every challenge has been an opportunity, every success a rewarding milestone. From streamlining operations to enhancing processes, it’s been a dynamic, fast-paced, and fulfilling ride. I’ve loved being part of a team that thrives on innovation, and I can’t wait to see what’s next!

What would you say to someone considering a career at Youfoodz?
It will be a fun experience, it is a supportive and diverse environment.

What is your favourite thing about working at Youfoodz?
The support you find from the teams around you, we get together to work as a big team to successfuly get all our products out to our customers

Satay Chicken but i'll never forget the Buffalo Pizza

Energetic, collaborative and passionate.
 
How would you describe your Youfoodz journey up until here?
I started with Youfoodz in December 2022 and I would describe my experience as being characterised by growth, meaningful and fun collaborations and working with an amazing supportive team of people. Everyone from their own corners of Youfoodz & HelloFresh makes these wheels turn. I feel very supported in my role, which makes every day a smoother process and contributes to a reliable, trustworthy partnership with our customers. I feel extremely lucky to feel a part of a culture where we are all striving to be the best we can be and really encourage each other to achieve results. All done with some good laughs, good natured competition and lots of spirit!

What would you say to someone considering a career at Youfoodz?
Absolutely go for it! The team at Youfoodz are some of the best people I've ever worked with!

What is your favourite thing about working at Youfoodz?
The sense of belonging, the opportunity to make an impact on the success at Youfoodz and the supportive and fun banter with the team!

How would you describe your Youfoodz journey up until here?
My Journey with Youfoodz has been the most challenging and rewarding Chapters of my Career. To contribute to the development and growth of Youfoodz from its earliest days to now is something I am proud of, now recognised as a leading Ready to heat brand is fulfilling as this what we always strived to be. And now, being included in the HelloFresh Ecosystem and continuing to contribute to the growth of Youfoodz excites me, just like my very first day with the YF FAM.

What would you say to someone considering a career at Youfoodz?
Youfoodz is unlike any other business, It will challenge those that love problem solving in a fast moving and ever changing environment.

What is your favourite thing about working at Youfoodz?
My favourite thing about working at Youfoodz is our People. The Youfoodz team is a resourceful and hard working team that puts each other and our customer first.

Collaborative, dynamic and positive

How would you describe your Youfoodz journey up until here?
It’s been a blast! Lots of energy, lots of high fives and our team have created some great meals. I was new to this industry and it’s been so rewarding learning new skills from industry leaders.

What would you say to someone considering a career at Youfoodz?
Definitely apply. There are so many roles and so many opportunities here for growth.

What is your favourite thing about working at Youfoodz?
The opportunity to be creative and the challenge of translating those ideas to production. No two days are the same.
